Changes to the Restaurant Voucher Program

We've made some large changes to make the Restaurant Program to make it even easier for you, our neighbors.

Product & Voucher Drop-offs

Parking is available in the spots marked in blue. Please feel free to use our parking lot to avoid paying for street parking. Product can be brought in through the side door, or through the garage. If you are using the side door, please ring the doorbell so a team member can let you in.

If you are needing to drop off in the garage, please notify us ahead of time so we can have it open for you.

Voucher Drop-off

Restaurant vouchers can be dropped off in the outdoor mailbox located by our back door marked in yellow.

Please fill out the Redemption Form before dropping off your vouchers at our location.

FAQ's

Physical Gift Vendors

Our team will send out ACH payments once PO's are received and inventoried.

We will provide monthly reporting based on the number of items you have sold per month. This will be sent from gifts@neighborlygroup.com.

We love trying new things and are always open to trialing new products in our store! If you have a new item that you would like to test out, our team would be happy to provide any feedback as well.

Our office is opened Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm, but we would also love to get a heads-up for when you are coming in case we have an off-site meeting. Please email us at gifts@neighborlygroup.com to give us a specific timeline for your delivery.

We want the best output for each of our gifts. If product comes in that is either damaged or unpresentable, we will need to send it back to have it replaced.

Restaurant Vendors

All cards must be returned to Neighborly Gifts in order for payment to be made. Once all vouchers have either been dropped off at our downtown location, or shipped directly to us using the prepaid shipping envelopes, our team will process them and submit payments via direct deposit.

Yes, we encourage it! If you need any of our brand assets or photography, we have put together a digital media kit. You can view that here.

Restaurant vouchers are one-time use only. When a customer comes in with a voucher, make sure your employees keep the physical card, as that is what our team will use to grant payment to you.

With our new update this year, we will be able to more accurately track how many vouchers each establishment receives. When payments are processed once a month, we will also send over analytics for you to review.
