Can I pick up my custom gift boxes instead of shipping?
Absolutely! If you would like to avoid the shipping costs, we can prepare them for pickup.
Do your fees include design services?
No, any additional customizations, including design time, will be charged separately.
Can I order a large quantity and store part of the order at your facility?
Unfortunately, our building does not have the capacity to store orders. All boxes must be either shipped directly to the recipients or picked up in full.
Can I ship internationally?
We cannot ship internationally as most of our products fall outside of the requirements for customs.
Can I choose what goes in the gift?
Yes, we will work with you to determine what you are needing and provide options to build the gift you are looking for.
What is your turn-around time?
We stock many gifts and materials in-house which can speed up the process. However, customizations or specific items that need to be specially ordered could potentially delay the final output.
