They seek to find the exceptional in unexpected places and are proud to bring desert-derived salts & spices to kitchens across the country. After Amanda Horton, owner and founder, relocated to Tucson, Arizona, she quickly fell in love with the magical allure of the desert southwest. Following months of drying/milling chiles as thoughtfully packaged gifts for friends and family, she decided to explore how to take her passion to the masses. Desert Provisions is the result of Amanda’s love for good food that’s all-natural, locally sourced, tastes great, and is well-packaged and designed.
