Vendor FAQ

We make it easy for companies and individuals to give unique gifts from local businesses in their neighborhoods. When you support your neighbors — rather than ordering from a larger retailer — you directly impact the community by keeping those dollars local.

What is a private online pop-up store?

This is a service we offer companies that want to create a private e-commerce website filled with unique gifts from local businesses. This option allows managers and/or employees to choose which gifts they would like to receive through a password-protected link. Minimum gift quantity applies.

What is the Neighborly Restaurant Voucher program?

This program allows you to gift an experience at a local restaurant – your recipient can choose which one. Our voucher cards come loaded with predetermined meal options to redeem at dozens of participating restaurants. We have vouchers for every meal of the day; you can gift your people a coffee & pastry, lunch, or dinner. Restaurant Vouchers are available for redemption in the Rochester, MN area only.

How do I inquire about your gifting options?

You can reach out to us at (507) 696-0938 or [email protected]. If you are located in Rochester, MN, feel free to stop by our office at 223 N Broadway Ave, Rochester, MN 55906. Our regular office hours are M-F from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Can I purchase gifts for my team year-round?

Absolutely! Our team, our services, and our vendor pool have expanded. We now serve organizations, individuals, and small businesses in MN, WI, AZ, and FL.

What happens if my gift does not arrive or is damaged?

Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to let us know. For damaged goods, we will request a photo of the gift.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! When placing your order online or with our team, just choose the ‘Multi-ship’ button and import as many addresses as you’d like.

Are we able to customize or brand our gifts?

Yes! Our sister company, Neighborly Creative, can support your custom design needs. This includes branded merchandise in your gift box and custom greeting cards to celebrate the gift recipient. A design service fee will be applied.

Do you ship gifts internationally?

The Neighborly Gifts team made the whole process go so smoothly for us. They were responsive and flexible, making it easy for us to know the status of orders and dropping off products. We imagine there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was pretty easy.
