A few quick tips for your spreadsheet
Most delays come from the spreadsheet. Here's what a finished one looks like.

One person per row. Leave the message blank if you don't want one.

Fill in every column
Each row needs a gift amount, email, name and sender. Only the message is optional.

No commas, semicolons or extra spaces. Double-check spelling, since one typo means the gift never arrives.

Remove duplicates so no one is sent two gifts.

Upload your filled-in .xlsx or .csv. Screenshots, PDFs and the blank template can't be processed.

Can I schedule gifts for later in the year?
Yes. Pick a send date on the order form, and we'll send the gift credits that day. Submit a separate order for each date.
How much does it cost?
You choose the gift amount for each person. Shipping is $8 per gift. We'll send an invoice once your order is processed.
Someone didn't get their gift email.
Ask them to check spam or quarantine for gifts@neighborlygroup.com. Still missing? Email us and we'll resend it.
I made a mistake after submitting.
Email us right away and we'll fix it before gifts go out.
