Pasta of the Prairie began in a small town in Eastern Iowa in 2013. Tyler and Lindsey Steinkamp began making homemade pasta to sell at local farmer's markets as a creative outlet. Customers enjoyed the flavor and quality of the pasta, so they continued to innovate and later created soup mixes, meal kits and pasta salad kits as well.
