Johnston Honey is a small, family-run business started in Rochester in 1997 by Dr. Don Johnston and his wife Sharon. When they retired to Nova Scotia, Johnston Honey passed to Thomas and Heidi Owens in 2016. They take great pride in being personally involved in every step of the process, from managing the hives, to harvesting and bottling the honey. Johnston Honey happily celebrated its 27th anniversary in 2024!
