Bleu Duck was brought together by joined forces Erik Kleven and Jennifer Lester, who first came together as strangers to orchestrate a successful eight-course charity dinner in the space that would eventually become their restaurant. Their collaboration in August of 2016, conducted amidst raw construction of the historic Conley-Mass building on 4th Street SW, showcased their exceptional synergy and laid the foundation for what Bleu Duck would become.
