Oleavia is a premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) brand owned and operated by a local family in Edina, MN. Umut and Cosku, the family's sons, attended college in Minnesota and have been in the US for over 12 years. The family has olive groves in Turkey and wanted to bring part of their heritage to their new home. Oleavia EVOOs are meticulously processed. The olives are hand-picked at an early harvest date, cold-pressed within a few hours and stored under a layer of nitrogen to minimize oxidation. Therefore, the EVOO is high in its antioxidants and very fresh.
