Why buy with Neighborly Gifts?

We make it easy for businesses and individuals to give unique gifts from local businesses in their neighborhood. When you support your neighbors (versus ordering something from somewhere else in this world), you directly impact the community by keeping those dollars local.

Can I purchase gifts for my team year-round?

Absolutely! Our team, our services, and our vendor pool have expanded. We now serve organizations, individuals, and small businesses in MN, WI, AZ, and FL.

What is a private online pop-up store?

This is a service we offer companies who want to give their team the gift of choice. We create a private e-commerce website filled with unique gifts from small businesses in your neighborhood. Then, your team can choose which gift they’d like to receive from a password-protected link. Minimum gift quantity applies.

What is Restaurant Voucher program?

This program allows you to gift an experience at a local restaurant - your recipient gets to choose which one. Our voucher cards come loaded with predetermined meal options to enjoy at participating local restaurants. We have vouchers for every meal of the day; you can gift your people a coffee & pastry, a lunch, a dinner, or a dinner for two. The best part? This gift gives the recipient the gift of choice; they can redeem their card at any participating local restaurant. Our Restaurant Vouchers are available to purchase in the communities we support. 

How do I inquire about your gifting options?

You can reach out to us at 507-696-0938 or gifts@neighborlygroup.com. If you are located in Rochester, MN, feel free to stop by our office at 321 Broadway Ave S, Rochester, MN 55904. Our office hours are M-F from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What is your gift lead-time?

This depends. If you’d like to purchase Food & Beverage Vouchers, we can have those ready in 24-hours after your order. For custom gift boxes or private pop-up stores, please contact us a minimum of 4-weeks prior to gift delivery.

Do you ship gifts internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time. 

Are we able to customize or brand our gifts?

Yes! Our sister company, Neighborly Creative, can support your custom design needs. This includes branded merchandise in your gift box and custom greeting cards to celebrate the gift recipient. A design service fee will be applied.

Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?

Absolutely!  When placing your order online or with our team, just choose the ‘Multi-ship’ button and import as many addresses as you’d like. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

What happens if my gift does not arrive or has damage?

Be sure to contact our Customer Support team at Gifts@NeighborlyGroup.com to let us know what’s happening. For damaged goods, we will request a photo of the gift.
