Support/FAQ
This is an additional revenue stream for your business that introduces your product and/or service to our corporate clients and their teams.
Fill out our Vendor Application form. We review vendor submissions weekly and will get in touch with you no more than two weeks after submission.
Neighborly will review your application, reach out to you with additional questions, and, if you meet our gifting criteria, you will receive a confirmation that we’d like to accept you and your gifts into our vendor directory. Once you are an approved vendor with Neighborly Gifts, we will place your gift in our internal vendor directory. We utilize this directory to showcase the abundance of gift options available to our clients.  Once our clients choose their gifts program and products of choice, we notify the selected businesses with the good news and next steps.
We define products as physical, tangible gifts. Experiences come in the form of vouchers for food and beverages, services, and ticketed events.
All gift deliveries should be dropped off or shipped to Neighborly Gifts at: 319 Broadway Avenue S, Rochester, MN 55904.
Our focus is larger corporations with regular gift-giving needs. We provide a personalized gifting service to make it easy for them to shop locally. Our sales are direct with our client.
We offer gifting solutions all year-round for businesses and individuals. If you are invited to become a Neighborly Gifts vendor, we place you in our Neighborly Gift Catalog where our clients shop from.
Once your product and/or service is selected to participate in our client’s gifting program, we will provide you a minimum of two weeks to prepare and deliver your gifts to our warehouse. For larger orders, you can expect to receive 4-week lead time.
This is dependent on our clients’ gifting needs. The winter holiday season tends to be our busiest time, though clients also mark occasions during other times of the year.
We prioritize products and services that are created locally by small businesses within the communities we serve.
